Starting from 37 versions of Samsung tool to repair IMEI, and some other operations with phones you need to have an account with credits on it, to can authorize on the server. The number of credits in the account does not matter, but must be more than zero. It’s free, credits will not be charged.

Rules of credits code reading

Please, note:

 to use Z3X Server Credits it is required to have Z3X Samsung or LG Activation.

  • If the codes are delivered by software, the codes are 100% correct.
  • If the software has started reading and not delivered due to the internet connection then contacts with sales @z3x-team.com for codes any time or you can repeat the operation.
  • If double credits charge for the same phone, don't worry - just send email to sales @z3x-team.com.
  • For codes request need:
  1. Phone SN
  2. Login
  3. Logs
DON'T READ CODES for VERIZON or SPRINT or TMB phones. Do not lose your time and credits. 
We don't refund code.

Rules of Direct unlock TMB

If something happens and unlock operation fails - send emails max 48 hours after the job done to sales @z3x-team.com.
For credits recalculating balance request need:

  • Phone SN
  • Login
  • Logs

Attention 1!!!
Do not use login/pass if you don't buy it from official resellers. If that happens, the stolen login/pass will be used on that card - this card will be banned forever so it's best not to play with it.

Attention 2!!!
Before do any unlock, you have to check the CERT pass and MIPI device. You have to check it out so you don't complain about the network not working.

Note 1: T-MOBILE phones are not supported by code reading. Only by unlock TMB via server.
Note 2: Before performing the code reading operation, make sure that you need these codes. Just power the phone on and check if the phone requests codes.

How to attach your credit account to your Z3X card?

  1. Open Samsung or LG Tool
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate field
  4. Click on the 'Link with card' button(pic 1)
Make sure that you are typing the user name and password correctly -  Caps Lock is turned off, uppercase or lowercase letters and extra spaces.

How to unlink your credit account from your Z3X card?

  1. On your client's card (to which the required credit account is attached), open Samsung or LG Tool
  2. Enter the login and password
  3. Click on the 'Link with card' button
  4. The tool will ask you as shown in the image below(pic 2).
  5. Click yes to detach login from client's card

You can now login to the account with other cards.

How to check your credits balance

  1. Download the latest version of Z3X SamsungToolPro via Z3X Shell software here
  2. Run the software on your PC
  3. Open “Settings” tab and enter your login and password
  4. Press “Credits History” button (pic 3)

Code Reading procedure

  1. Connect the phone to PC via USB cable (no root required)
  2. Enable ADB mode
  3. Press “Read codes”
  4. Enter account username and password sent to get ordered credits
  5. Credits are non-refundable

How to buy Z3X server credits

You need to have the Samsung Tool or LG Tool activated in order to buy credits, depending on which phones you plan to unlock.

You can buy a new credit account or refill credits to an existing one you have. Inform your sales manager about it while ordering the item. Otherwise, the system will automatically create a new account for Z3X Server Credits.

Please note that there is no way to combine credits from different accounts.

Z3X Credits Pricing

1 success code reading will take 5-10 credits (depending on model).

1 success unlock TMB LG or SAMSUNG phones will take 10credits till 15/05/2018.

1 success unlock TMB LG or SAMSUNG phones will take 15credits after 15/05/2018.

1 success repair IMEI operation will take 0 credits(it's free), but the number of credits on your credit account must be above 0

Questions and issues of credit usage

The phone doesn't accept code

One problem can be that the phone is non-updated or after firmware downgrade. Just upgrade the phone to the last firmware and do the master reset, the phone will accept the codes.
Check that your phone doesn`t require Freeze code. If asks for Freeze - enter it first and then Network code.

P.S. NETWORK PUK code = freeze code.

Also, check maybe it is TMB phone with not original firmware.

When trying to enter an unlock code, the message "Phone frozen" is displayed.

NETWORK PUK code = freeze code

This means that the wrong unlock code has been entered too many times, which results in "freezing the phone", otherwise known as being bricked.

In this case, you will need a defrosting code (MCK code) to solve the problem of freezing the message on your phone.

Credits charged twice for the same phone

This can happen if the IP is changed or other issues.

Please don’t worry about duplicate credits using for the same phone. Duplicate credits using will be refunded anyway. Send an email about the credits issue: sales @z3x-team.com with phone SN, LOGS, LOGIN. All very simple.
This issue can be fixed via email or creating a request on Z3X support.

Before sending the email, check the credits again using history to avoid time-wasting.

While unlock happens error, credits taken, phone not unlocked

customer on from on me. - the problem can be that the phone is non-updated or after a downgrade, cable problems, driver problems or internet timeout. The fast way is just repeating the unlock using the same IP and same card.

Please note that you must send your refund request within two weeks after the situation happens.

If any double credits happen, nothing to worry about. Duplicate credits will be refunded anyway. Just send an email about the credits issue: sales @z3x-team.com or create a request in our support site with

  • phone serial number
  • login
  • logs

Before sending a request, check credits again using history to avoid time-wasting.

Error while unlock/ credits not taken

Can be problems like

  • New security phone
  • not supported phone
  • problem with drivers, cable

Please post all the details about the issue on the forum with logs.

Bad Internet connection

If code reading operation started and wasn't completed due to bad Internet connection, please contact Z3X team by email: sales@z3x-team.com. For codes request you need to provide

  • phone serial number
  • login
  • logs

"You can't use this empty account with this operation. Please refill your account or use another one"

Your credit account can have any number of credits to make an operation, but it is necessary to be above zero.

"This account can't be locked with this card because other cards have made their first operation on it"

Appears when someone tries to link an account to a card but the first operation on it was done by another card.

"Important!If someone shared this account with you, then ignore this message and repeat your operation again."

"If you bought this account, IMMEDIATELY REQUEST FOR MONEY BACK in your seller because this account is already in use by other cards and you can lose access to it any time!"

Displayed only once for a login + card pair in any operation with the phone, if the account has already been used with another card. This means that the person who used the account first knows the password and can bind the account to his card at any time and you will lose money.

This information must be read before purchase!

Buying credits

Please, note:
  1. If your seller is not present in the list, you buy credits at your own risk.
  2. Do not share your credit account password with anyone else.
